Setting goals that are specific, measurable, attainable, relevant, and time bound are the key components in goal setting that will help track progress, eliminate confusion, and serve as a guide to a successful strategy.

Clearly state the marketing activities and tasks that must be accomplished on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis as it will ensure both yourself and your team are aligned as you work through the marketing strategy. Check-in every week to review the objectives that have been met and discuss the next steps moving forward. Dedicate time to the execution of these projects as it is important to be diligent, consistent, and committed to the performance of your marketing strategy. Constantly refer back to your goals, KPI’s to ensure you remain on track with the purpose of the plan.
